- Net Operating Income = Effective Annual Rent - Operating Costs
- Annual Net Cash Flow = Net Operating Income - Annual Mortgage Installment
- Break-Even Monthly Rent = (Operating Costs + Annual Mortgage Installment) ÷ 12
- Equity = Current Market Value - Outstanding Loan
- Cash ROE = Annual Net Cash Flow ÷ Equity
- Total ROE = (Net Cash Flow + Principal Repayment + Estimated Appreciation) ÷ Equity
