A controlled intake—not instant publication

From landlord information to a verified leasing plan

Submitting a property does not appoint an agent or authorise an advertisement. It gives Andrew the information needed for a responsible first review.

1

Check readiness

Review property type, authority, condition, timing and expected rent.

2

Prepare the brief

Add practical property details without exposing sensitive identity information.

3

Select media

Preview suitable photos or short videos and remove personal or confidential material.

4

Private review

Send the structured brief, then complete verification and appointment separately.

Tell us about the property

Allow about five minutes. Your answers stay in this browser unless you choose to send the generated brief.

Your role and authority

Responsible safeguards

What must happen before marketing

A submitted brief is only the beginning of the verification and appointment process.

Authority and appointment

The owner or properly authorised party must be identified. Any applicable prescribed estate agency agreement is handled separately.

Property facts

Material details—including property type, floor area, lease information, availability and approved rental terms—must be checked.

Advertising consent

The final description, price and media require the landlord’s consent before publication. Submission alone is not consent.

Fair advertising

Marketing must be accurate and must not contain false, misleading or discriminatory material.

HDB compliance

Applicable owner eligibility, approval, occupancy, tenant eligibility and minimum rental-period rules must be satisfied.

Data minimisation

Only information reasonably needed for the enquiry should be collected. Sensitive documents are excluded from this public screen.

Questions landlords may have

Frequently asked questions

Will my property appear publicly after I submit this form?

No. This is a private readiness and information-submission screen. Publication requires verification, formal arrangements where applicable and separate advertising consent.

Is the first review free?

Yes. There is no charge for completing this readiness screen or requesting an initial review. Any later estate agency services and commission must be separately discussed and documented.

Why can’t the selected media be attached automatically to WhatsApp?

Web browsers do not allow a website to inject selected local files directly into a WhatsApp conversation. You must attach them manually, or use a secure upload service once that connection is enabled.

Can I submit an HDB flat or bedroom?

Yes, but submission does not confirm eligibility. Applicable HDB requirements and approval must be checked before the tenancy begins.

Can I state the type of tenant I prefer?

You may describe legitimate occupancy, lease, affordability or property-use requirements. Advertising and screening must not use discriminatory language or criteria.

Important notice: This tool provides general educational guidance and a private enquiry pathway. It does not provide a valuation, legal advice, tax advice, HDB approval, tenant verification or a guarantee that the property can or will be marketed or leased.

Do not submit NRIC, passport, FIN, title documents, banking information, access codes or confidential records through this page or its WhatsApp brief. The landlord remains responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and authority over submitted media.
