A practical planning tool to estimate whether a property purchase appears comfortable, stretched, or high-risk based on affordability, debt servicing, upfront funds, stress-rate holding power, and Singapore property policy considerations.

1. Property & Buyer Profile

For joint purchases with different profiles, IRAS generally applies the highest applicable ABSD profile to the entire property value.
Use 999 for freehold / 999-year leasehold.
